There's a public accounement heard through Fishman Island.
It's a warning that dangerous individuals from Fishman district have entered inside FI
They don't look like they're coming in droves to come shopping, but hopefully nothing happens..
The border guards are unreachable.
Looks like the New Fishman Pirates brought numerous sea monsters with them, to launch an attack.
They say once they down Neptune and his three princes, the rest should be easy
Scene changes to Robin
She's riding a fish-bus, and heading to the Forest of Sea
Scene changes again to inside the Ryuguu Palace. The human pirates that attacked are all taken out by Zoro
Scene changes to Franky

Fishman town of Noah
A ship has escaped form the clutches of New Fishmen Pirates
Pirate named Gyro the Crab Hand, and his crew.
They plan to go through the Red Line and resurface on the other side, in the New World.
They were attacked by the Kraken just like Luffy and the strawhats, but managed to escape and run
...only to find themselves surrounded by the sea monsters.
They agreed to join the New Fishmen Pirates just to get through that predicament, but they were just putting on an act to find the chance to escape.

short flashback to Arlong Park
Only Cariboo came aboard the Sunny, as soon as he did Mohmoo ran away.
Cariboo gives order to slaughter them, but then he realizes he’s alone
He was almost thrown out into the sea by Franky, but he begged for his life and was spared
But Cariboo is a liar, and Usopp even sees through his lies
He looked at Nami in a pervert way and was kicked in the face by Sanji
Cariboo is hiding the fact he’s a devil fruit user
You know how Logia can become solid and tangible at will? I think he’s not becoming tangible because he wants to hide it

The reason why Shirahoshi knew the perpetrator was because Megalo saw the whole thing, and told Shirahoshi
She kept it a secret because Hodi may vent his hatred towards someone for it, and her mother would be saddened by it
She followed her mother's last words which was not to hate anyone, and kept it to herself for 10 years
Hodi calls her a fool, and attacks the king and the princes with Yabusame (the water shot)
The fishmen children asks Madame Shirley when the pirate with the hat is coming to destroy the island
"I wish he'd come right now! If he rampages here right now, we'd be in trouble.. but those guys would be in bigger trouble right!?"
The adults who heard those words also wished the pirate would come right now
Hodi tries to finish the king off.
Shirahoshi: Luffy-sama!! Please protect my father!!
Luffy jumps out of Megalo's mouth! He darts towards Hodi, and kicks him.
